Where do we start

Understanding the clients brief and scope of the work, is essential to deliver a satisfactory product to the client within budget and vision.

A face-to-face meeting is always preferable, but technology makes it easy to make this possible. We will then start turning your dreams into reality.

Proposal

After the initial meeting, a fee proposal will be presented to the client, according to their specific budget and needs and as per the proffesional fees guideline and annual fee scale under downloads. On acceptance, a standard client architect agreement will be signed by both parties (Also under downloads)

Design and Execution

The design of the project will commence as per stages set out in the Architects Standard Service under downloads. We take you through the whole process from design to completion, in order to complete the project as per the original vision.
